Finally got our Chevy Trax engine repaired; it took the third mechanic to find the 3 leaks and repaired the engine pipes? Giant Chevrolet only charged us for supplies and not the labor since it took 3 times to find the problem. Really appreciate the savings. Thanks. Roy Kendall

Eli was great but the service was below average. They had my truck for over 5 days for service and to fix my passenger window. They never found the chirp I was hearing for engine compartment. They finally brought in a tech who actually knew what he was doing and I was told it was normal. Still don't believe it. They will be hearing from me if anything fails. What upset me the most was I brought in a sparkling clean truck and they gave me back a filthy truck.🤬
